Application
For cleaning and subsequently supplying the screw tap with lubricant.
Functionality:
The TAPMAXX^® is attached to the machine at an accessible point and remains in this position. The lubrication procedure can then be called up via a subprogram in the machine. The screw tap is guided through the brush by the movement of the machine tool. This cleans the screw tap and removes the chips. The tool is then immersed in the grease chamber through the membrane at zero rotation speed. This lubricates the tool and activates the refill mechanism. Excess lubricant is removed by the membrane when the tool is withdrawn.
The required immersion depth for the respective thread size is labelled on the TAPMAXX^® and can be adjusted as necessary.

• TAPMAXX® lubricant dispenser with holding magnet or screw-on base plate for horizontal or vertical mounting on all machine tools
• The device works independently and fills itself from the replaceable lubricant cartridge under negative pressure
