For chamfering and deburring rectangular metal or plastic workpieces weighing up to approx. 10 kg.
Hobbing process guarantees precise deburring.

Execution

• With 2 hardened steel guide rails 40 x 150 mm (W x L) and 2 different supporting edges for minimal or severe workpiece burr formation
• Can be used for 2 material thicknesses depending on burr formation (position 1: from 4.5 mm, position 2: from 1.0 mm)
• Chamfer size can be adjusted individually
• Max. milling depth 5 mm (dependent on material)
• Collet dia. 8 mm included in scope of delivery
• Handy, space-saving table-top model
• With anti-vibration elements for high stability and quiet running
• Milling spindle with double bearing and steel clamping flange (standard dia. 43 mm) to allow high performance milling
• Continuous speed control
