Application
The semi-automatic strapping machine works as a mobile packing table without a strap guide frame. This means that a wide variety of round and square package sizes can be processed.

Execution
The tool is set to a 12 mm strapping width at the factory

Advantage

  • The operator wraps the strapping around the package and inserts it into the fastening mechanism
  • This triggers the strapping process; the strapping is tensioned, fastened and cut off
  • At the end of this work cycle, the strapping is fed back to a pre-selected length so that the next package can be strapped
