Even with high hardness and materials that are difficult to process, high-quality machining is possible without needing to reduce efficiency.

Execution
  • Twist angle 26°-30°
  • The newly developed cooling channels with rhombic design transport the coolant to the cutting edge where it is required.
  • The flow rate of the coolant has been doubled compared to that of competing products.
  • A straight cutting edge was used as well as a dispersed turning point where the cutting load is concentrated, which distributes wear evenly.
  • By implementing the straight cutting edge and thinner shape, chips are ejected cleanly even during high-speed cutting and high-feed processing.
  • A newly developed carbide substrate with improved hardness and resistance leads to considerable improvement in wear and chipping resistance.
  • AlCr and AlTi-based coatings are stacked at the nano level, ensuring high oxidation resistance and wear resistance
