Application
For Brinell testing of materials with a tensile strength between 300 and 2200 N/mm2, particularly in the case of semi-finished products of all forgeable iron and steel grades, of bulky or built-in pieces.
Tensile strength and Brinell hardness can be read from table. The specimen must be at least 12 mm thick and 16 mm wide (or 12 mm wide for round parts) at the testing point.
