Application
On CNC machining centres and with the use of robots, preferably in wet sanding with cooling lubricant. Machining of flat components: precise deburring, edge rounding, fine machining after milling, surface finishing of e.g. sealing and contact surfaces.

Execution

• with longitudinal slot for clamping on face mill arbours (DIN 6357) and combination mill arbours (DIN 6358) - no additional accessories required
• Disc brushes with dense sanding bristle trim (full trim) firmly moulded into the plastic disc
• Ideally suited for the machining of aluminium

• Post-machining directly after the cutting process - without changing the geometry of the workpiece
• Continuously released abrasive grain ensures reproducible results
• Very high dimensional stability and accuracy
• Controllable wear properties to end of tool life - no bristle breakage
